Located in the established and peaceful Piver residential area of Jávea, this exceptional detached single-family home sits on a 1,000 m² plot in a privileged enclave. The property enjoys unbeatable panoramic views, dominated by the imposing presence of the Montgó massif and the serenity of the Mediterranean Sea.

With a generous built area of 320 m², the house is laid out over three carefully articulated levels designed to maximize functionality, natural light, and the connection with its surroundings. The heart of the project is a striking communication core which, enriched by double-height areas, brings a sense of monumentality to the space, flooding the interiors with clarity and visually connecting the different levels of the home.

The ground floor hosts the day area, conceived as a fluid, open-plan space. A spectacular living-dining room integrates seamlessly with the kitchen, centered around a large island ideal for cooking and social gatherings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, turning the home's life toward a large swimming pool and a cozy chill-out area under a pergola, specifically designed to take in the views. This level is completed by a guest toilet and a majestic master bedroom featuring a large walk-in closet and an ample en-suite bathroom. The entire perimeter of this floor is embraced by a manicured landscaping project, with garden areas designed for maximum outdoor enjoyment.

The first floor is reserved for rest and absolute privacy. Here, we find two spacious bedrooms, both designed for ultimate comfort with their own walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to independent terraced areas. These upper-level outdoor spaces serve as privileged viewpoints to enjoy the breeze and the landscape of the Costa Blanca.

Finally, the basement ensures the full operational efficiency of the home. This lower level houses a garage with space for two vehicles, the technical room, a spacious laundry room, and a versatile multi-purpose area that adapts to the family's needs.

This residence in Jávea is a contemporary and sophisticated interpretation of the Mediterranean lifestyle. An architecture designed not only to be lived in but to be contemplated and enjoyed, offering a serene, elegant retreat perfectly anchored to the beauty of its environment.

Located in a quiet residential area of Denia, this detached single-family home stands on an 850 m² plot, designed to maximize comfort and a constant connection with the natural surroundings. With a built area of 280 m², the project stands out for its absolute practicality, developing the entire program on a single floor, following a functional architectural design with contemporary lines.

The main entrance is a true statement of intent, featuring an imposing wooden pivoting door that leads into a welcoming hall. From here, the day area unfolds—a fluid, open-plan space where the living-dining room integrates naturally with a spectacular kitchen. A large central island not only acts as the heart of the home but also serves as a link between both environments, fostering social interaction and visual spaciousness.

In the night area, the project prioritizes rest and intimacy. The house features five comfortable bedrooms, all designed as en-suites with integrated bathrooms. The most distinctive feature of these rooms is their extension toward the outdoors: each bedroom has its own private terrace area, carefully bordered by natural stone walls that ensure privacy while adding warmth, texture, and a strong connection to the land. An additional guest toilet serves the day area.

The design blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior, turning life toward the garden. Facing the main area, a large covered porch houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate by the pool. The entire perimeter of the house is embraced by landscaped garden areas that provide freshness and privacy to the complex, which is completed by a convenient indoor garage with space for two vehicles.

This residence is a true celebration of the Mediterranean lifestyle. An architecture that combines elegance, privacy, and convenience, where noble materials dialogue with landscaping to create a serene, highly functional home in perfect harmony with its environment.

Located in the El Tossalet residential area of Jávea, on a gently sloping 1,500 m² rectangular plot, this single-family home is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean architecture. The house takes advantage of the natural topography to open up towards views of Cap de Sant Antoni, blending into the landscape rather than imposing upon it.

The project stems from the owners’ desire to build a summer retreat, yet one that is also equipped to accommodate longer stays. The architectural response organises the spaces around two main ideas: to inhabit the outdoors as an extension of the interior, and to create a functional structure adapted to different ways of living.

Spread across two levels, the main living spaces are located on the ground floor: an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, a separate study, a master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a guest WC, and a utility room. The upper floor, more private, includes two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and open views over the landscape.

The material palette recalls a reinterpreted local tradition: traditional stone masonry walls that anchor the house to the land, natural wood for warmth, and corten steel for a contemporary touch. The design always prioritises the visual and physical connection with the outdoors, using large windows to blur the boundaries between the house, the garden, and the pool—creating a flow of shade and sunlight through terraces and landscaped areas planted with native species.

From a technical standpoint, the home incorporates high-efficiency solutions: enhanced thermal insulation, high-performance glazing, aerothermal climate control, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating, and photovoltaic panels—ensuring year-round sustainability and comfort.

Every design decision responds to a principle of conscious simplicity, where architecture ceases to be an object and becomes a lived fragment of the landscape. A home designed to experience the Mediterranean in its most essential form: open, light-filled, serene.

A Sea-Facing View Rooted in Mediterranean Tradition
Perched on one of the most privileged hillsides in the Balcón al Mar residential area of Jávea, this single-family home opens out towards the horizon. The steep slope of the 1,300 m² plot becomes a design tool, allowing every room to connect directly with the landscape—with the sea as a constant backdrop. Here, architecture reclaims the essential codes of Mediterranean tradition, reinterpreting them with contemporary sensitivity to create a home deeply rooted in its surroundings.

The brief began with the owners' desire to create a second home, clearly seasonal in character, conceived for rest and contemplation. A house that would evoke local building traditions through elements such as stone masonry walls, pitched roofs, vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, wrought ironwork, and textured natural finishes. A handcrafted spiral staircase, built using traditional techniques, becomes one of the central features—symbolising the continuity with vernacular architecture.

The home is laid out over two levels, following the natural topography of the plot, and connected via a vertical circulation core that ensures both functional flow and accessibility. The main entrance is located on the upper level, where a large naya with arched openings frames the sea views and acts as a threshold between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

This level contains the main living spaces: a living-dining area with integrated kitchen and uninterrupted views to the outside, the master suite with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, a guest WC, and a utility room. From here, there is direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor area, designed as a natural extension of the home.

The lower level, facing the garden, accommodates three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all opening onto a covered terrace with a second naya, creating shaded, sheltered spaces for rest in direct contact with the surrounding greenery. The land is shaped into terraces descending with the slope, supported by stone walls that give the domestic landscape a distinctively Mediterranean character.

In terms of energy efficiency, the house integrates cutting-edge technical solutions: reinforced thermal insulation, high-performance windows and doors, aerothermal climate control, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and photovoltaic panels—ensuring sustainable and comfortable use throughout the summer season.

Every material, every line, and every design decision has been made to harmonise with the breeze, the light, and the memory of the place. This is an architecture that doesn’t need to impose itself to make a lasting impression—an architecture that doesn’t seek to stand out, but to endure.

Located in the well-established and peaceful El Tossalet residential area of Jávea, this detached single-family home with a swimming pool sits on a 1,800 m² rectangular plot, gently terraced by the old orange grove embankments that define the traditional topography of the region.

From the outset, the client set out two key requirements: firstly, to design a summer residence with a functional layout and low-maintenance finishes, intended for seasonal use during the summer months; and secondly, to conceive an L-shaped building that would offer privacy to the living areas and organise the layout around the garden and pool.

With a built area of 280 m², the home is laid out entirely on one level, following an architectural language of clean lines and balanced proportions. The project achieves a harmony between modernity and tradition through a careful selection of materials: traditional stone masonry anchors the house to the land, while timber and corten steel introduce warmth and sophistication, creating a dialogue with the immediate surroundings.

The interior layout follows a functional, open-plan concept that prioritises connection with the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the main living spaces and enhance the visual relationship with the pool and garden areas. Strategically positioned openings and low-maintenance materials ensure the home is comfortable, efficient, and sustainable throughout the summer season.

This residence is a contemporary interpretation of the Mediterranean style, adapted to both the climate and the lifestyle of its inhabitants. It is an architecture that responds to its setting with restraint and elegance, offering a serene, functional retreat that blends perfectly into the Jávea landscape.

The main entrance, through an impressive natural wood door, opens onto a grand, naturally lit staircase, which acts as the central axis of the house. This key space separates the day and night areas, maximising functionality. The day area features a spacious double-height living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, sloped ceilings, and large windows that open directly onto outdoor spaces, including the pool, a covered porch, and a chill-out zone topped with a Mediterranean-style pergola made from wood and metal.

The house includes three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, all with direct access to carefully designed Mediterranean-style gardens. On the upper floor, a multifunctional lounge with its own bathroom opens onto a large terrace complete with pergola and barbecue area, offering an ideal space to enjoy the stunning views over Cabo de Sant Antoni.

The outdoor areas complete the project with a swimming pool fully integrated into the landscape, Mediterranean gardens with natural stone detailing, and various corners designed to maximise enjoyment of the scenery and the climate. This Jávea home is a tribute to the Mediterranean way of life, where tradition, contemporary design, and connection to the natural environment come together to create a unique and characterful home.

Between the city of Gandia and its coastline, in a quiet and well-connected residential area, stands this single-family home, designed as a primary residence. The comfortable and accessible surroundings were a decisive factor for the owners, who were seeking a functional, light-filled home adapted to the Mediterranean climate—somewhere they could live all year round without sacrificing the character and warmth of local architecture.

The 700 m² flat plot allowed for a clear and well-organised layout. From the outset, one of the key decisions of the project was to place the entire main programme on the ground floor. This includes the daily living spaces: a living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen extending outwards, a study, the main suite with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, a guest WC, and a utility area. The first floor is reserved for two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, intended to host guests or meet future needs.

Architecturally, the home embraces Mediterranean simplicity, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Stone masonry walls, flat roofs, rounded edges, mineral textures, and natural wood form a calm, balanced, and serene composition—an architecture that doesn’t impose itself, but rather accompanies.

The connection with the garden is immediate and continuous. Large openings link the interiors to the outdoors, extending the living spaces towards the pool and terraces. The orientation, overhangs, and pergolas allow solar radiation to be controlled without compromising light, creating a home designed to be lived in all year round.

From a technical perspective, the house incorporates both passive and active solutions to ensure high energy performance: high-spec joinery, reinforced thermal insulation, aerothermal climate control, underfloor heating, a heat recovery ventilation system, and a photovoltaic installation. Every technical decision is made with efficiency in mind—but also comfort—creating a home that is both sustainable and long-lasting.

More than just a formal response, this project is a way of understanding Mediterranean living: between sun and shade, indoors and outdoors, the everyday and the essential.

In a privileged setting atop the Montgó hillside, this detached home opens towards the sea, embracing the panoramic views and the unmistakable breeze of Jávea’s bay. The project, spread across three levels, harmoniously interacts with the natural environment, blending into the native vegetation and preserving the historic terraced fields that echo the region’s agricultural heritage.

The design prioritises a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, highlighted by an expansive terrace that culminates in a longitudinal pool running along the ground floor’s façade. Elevated above the Mediterranean garden, this pool acts as a visual axis, framing the horizon and enhancing the views of the sea.

The façade’s materiality features travertine and ceramic flooring, unifying interior and exterior spaces in a continuous gesture. Large floor-level windows capture the morning light, bathing the interiors in a serene and luminous atmosphere.

The home’s layout is distributed across three levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance is accessed through an impressive pivoting door, leading to a foyer with direct views of the vertical circulation core. This level houses a main open-plan living-dining-kitchen area that fully connects to the outdoors, a pantry, and a second, more intimate living-dining-kitchen space. It also includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three guest toilets, and terraces visually integrated with the pool.

The upper floor hosts the master suite, complete with a bespoke bathroom, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and access to a private terrace with sea views. This floor also includes two additional en-suite bedrooms with shared terraces, ensuring constant connection to the surrounding landscape.

The basement features a light-filled English courtyard, illuminating the gym, sauna, and indoor pool, creating a space dedicated to relaxation and well-being. It also includes a climate-controlled wine cellar, a laundry area, a utility room, and two independent garage spaces.

Designed as a retreat that combines luxury and sustainability, this home celebrates the Mediterranean landscape through its respectful design and its focus on the connection between architecture and nature.

The project is arranged over two floors, with a clear focus on creating permeable and welcoming spaces that closely connect with the exterior and the natural surroundings.

The home is structured around a spacious living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen, which extends onto the outdoor terrace and pool, fostering seamless interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Nestled in a residential development on the outskirts of Jávea, this detached home sits on a flat, square-shaped plot, where architectural volumes intertwine to create a strikingly distinctive façade. The design is based on the harmonious interplay of wood, concrete, and masonry, materials that imbue each space with character and warmth.

Stone walls, which traverse the volumes as structural axes, not only delineate the functional areas of the home but also guide visitors toward its interior. These elements highlight the visual and physical connection between the indoor spaces and the surrounding garden, achieving a seamless integration with the natural environment.

The spatial layout finds its balance in two interior courtyards, which form the heart of the home. These courtyards not only organise the internal spaces but also flood them with natural light, enriching the ambiance in the basement area. They create an atmosphere where every corner has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the interplay of light and shadow.

This project establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, tradition and modernity, always aiming to enhance the qualities of the surroundings and the well-being of its residents.
