Nestled in a peaceful residential area near Jávea, this contemporary-designed detached home blends Mediterranean and Ibizan influences, standing out for its harmony with the surrounding environment. Set on an irregularly shaped plot with dual access, the house is arranged over three levels: ground floor, first floor, and basement, all connected by a central communication core illuminated by large glass panels that flood the interior with natural light and strengthen the visual connection with the outdoors.

The project takes full advantage of the Mediterranean climate with spacious pergola-covered areas, a swimming pool surrounded by relaxation spaces, and an annex dedicated to a barbecue, summer kitchen, and dining area. The carefully designed gardens surrounding the property enhance its native character, while a wooden pergola in the parking area offers an aesthetically pleasing and functional solution for vehicle storage.

On the ground floor, the living-dining room serves as the social hub of the home, visually and physically connected to the exterior through large windows that open onto the pergola-covered spaces. The kitchen, featuring a striking central island, can be integrated into or separated from the dining area thanks to its partitioned design. This level also houses four double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a laundry area.

The basement is dedicated to recreational and functional activities, offering a multipurpose room, gym, and a utility room, creating a versatile space for various uses.

On the first floor, privacy takes centre stage. Here, the master bedroom boasts an exclusive design that includes a spacious en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private terrace offering exceptional views of Cape San Antonio.

Every detail of this home, from the material palette combining white tones, wood, and stone, to its spatial layout, has been designed to capture the essence of the Mediterranean and provide its residents with a haven of comfort, design, and connection to nature.
