Located on the slopes of Montgó in Jávea, this detached home blends seamlessly into its privileged natural surroundings, close to the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes. Set on a gently sloping plot, the design merges Mediterranean architecture with contemporary elements, balancing functionality with respect for the landscape.

The house is laid out on a single level around a central core that organises the spaces, fostering continuity between the interior and exterior. The layout includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, a gym, a laundry room, and a covered garage. The spatial flow is defined by its constant connection to the outdoor terraces and gardens.

White volumes combined with natural stone and wood create a warm yet modern atmosphere. Large windows link the interiors to the terraces and gardens, which are divided by stone walls and offer panoramic views. Continuous flooring, which extends seamlessly from the interior to the exterior, reinforces the unity of the design. In front of the living room and porch, the swimming pool enhances the views and strengthens the connection between the architecture and the landscape.

The expansive porches provide shade and extend the living spaces outdoors, allowing full enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. A home automation system controls lighting, climate, and openings, optimising comfort and energy efficiency.

The home fuses tradition with modernity, featuring white finishes, wood, and natural stone, achieving a balance between elegance and simplicity.

The project adopts a bespoke approach, with every detail meticulously designed in close collaboration with the client. It seeks the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, meeting the highest construction standards and the specific needs of its occupants.
