The design respects traditional materials such as lime plaster, terracotta floors, and microcement finishes, which flow seamlessly from the interior to the outdoor areas, culminating in the pool and barbecue zone. These choices create a dialogue between the authentic and the modern, preserving the home’s original character while incorporating contemporary design elements.

The fully renovated central core introduces an elegant staircase and a lift, significantly improving the home’s accessibility and functionality.
