Ante una parcela plana y con morfología totalmente cuadrada, se enclava la vivienda como un juego de volúmenes que entrelazados dan como resultado el alzado principal. En esta vivienda la madera, el hormigón y la mampostería centran la actuación de los espacios.

Faced with a flat plot with a completely square morphology, the house is located as a set of intertwined volumes that result in the main elevation. In this house, wood, concrete and masonry focus the performance of the spaces.

Los muros de piedra que atraviesan los volúmenes delimitan los distintos espacios y conducen al interior de la vivienda. Los espacios interiores tratan de buscar la continuidad siempre con el exterior, permitiendo visuales al jardín que rodea toda la edificación. Los dos patios interiores juegan un papel fundamental, articulando el espacio y potenciando sensaciones en la zona del sótano.

The stone walls that cross the volumes delimit the different spaces and lead to the interior of the house. The interior spaces try to always seek continuity with the exterior, allowing views of the garden that surrounds the entire building. The two interior patios play a fundamental role, articulating the space and enhancing sensations in the basement area.

La vivienda cuenta con un espacio exterior privilegiado de mano del paisajista Toni Ballester. Una piscina integrada con el pavimento de la vivienda aprovechando los materiales de Petra. Grandes espacios abiertos con enormes vistas gracias a las puertas y ventanas de grandes dimensiones instaladas por Carpinteria Coto.

The house has a privileged outdoor space by the landscape designer Toni Ballester. A pool integrated with the flooring of the house, taking advantage of Petra materials. Large open spaces with enormous views thanks to the large doors and windows installed by Carpinteria Coto.
