Vivienda unifamiliar en Javea aislada en una planta enfocada al espacio trasero de la misma donde una piscina marca el espacio exterior.
Una barbacoa agraza la terraza exterior entendida como una extensión del salón de la vivienda.

Detached single-family house on a floor focused on the rear space of the same where a pool marks the outdoor space.
A barbecue graces the outdoor terrace understood as an extension of the living room of the house.

La propuesta se articula mediante volúmenes que se expanden y retranquean generando nuevos espacios interiores y exteriores. Las carpinterías se protegen del calor estival mediante protecciones solares fijas y correderas de hormigón y madera.

The proposal is articulated through volumes that expand and set back, generating new interior and exterior spaces. The carpentry is protected from the summer heat by means of fixed and sliding solar protections made of concrete and wood.
