Descansando sobre la loma de un monte mediterráneo esta vivienda se abre al mar, a sus vistas y su brisa. El proyecto consta de una vivienda en PB+1, integrandose en la vegetación mediterránea existente, remarcando los bancales existentes de una tierra de cultivo.
Resting on the hill of a Mediterranean hill, this house opens up to the sea, its views and its breeze. The project consists of a house on PB+1, integrating into the existing Mediterranean vegetation, highlighting the existing terraces of farmland.
La terraza finaliza con una piscina que recorre todo el frente de planta baja, alzándose sobre el espacio ajardinado dirigiendo todas las vistas a la bahía. Destacan los materiales de todo el frente, travertino y pavimento cerámico que integra los espacios interiores y exteriores así como los grandes ventanales que recogen la salida del sol.
The terrace ends with a pool that runs along the entire front of the ground floor, rising above the landscaped space directing all the views to the bay. The materials of the entire front, travertine and ceramic pavement that integrates the interior and exterior spaces as well as the large windows that collect the sunrise, stand out.
