Situada en la zona centro de un pequeño pueblo de interior, la vivienda aúna arquitectura moderna y tradicional. Los espacios se trabajan en colaboración con los propietarios, estableciendo el programa según querían vivir día a día.

Located in the downtown area of a small inland town, the house combines modern and traditional architecture. The spaces are worked on in collaboration with the owners, establishing the program as they wanted to live from day to day.

El proyecto busca la contraposición del hermetismo hacia el exterior y la permeabilidad en el interior, generando patios propios de los distintos espacios que aportan un carácter personal a cada uno de ellos. La cocina abierta a los espacios interiores y exteriores forma un eje de conexión para los visitantes y residentes de la vivienda.

The project seeks the contrast between hermeticism towards the exterior and permeability in the interior, generating patios of the different spaces that provide a personal character to each one of them. The kitchen open to the interior and exterior spaces forms a connection axis for the visitors and residents of the house.

Los espacios de día se relacionan con la terraza exterior y su piscina. En el interior los tonos claros y neutros marcan la reforma junto a unos toques de color mediterráneo. Los alicatados y pavimentos cerámicos integran los espacios interiores y exteriores.

The day spaces are related to the outdoor terrace and its pool. Inside, light and neutral tones mark the reform along with a few touches of Mediterranean colour. The ceramic tiles and pavements integrate the interior and exterior spaces.
