Vivienda unifamiliar aislada de una planta en la loma del Montgo en Jávea, un entorno mediterráneo de gran belleza. El proyecto maximiza las vistas al entorno desde las zonas de día hacia el exterior de la parcela donde una piscina se ierge por encima del terreno al mismo nivel de la casa.

Detached single-family house on one floor on the hill of Montgo in Jávea, a Mediterranean setting of great beauty. The project maximizes the views of the surroundings from the day areas towards the exterior of the plot where a swimming pool rises above the ground at the same level as the house.

El aterrazamiento del terreno permite que la vivienda se levante sobre el mismo hacia las vistas de la costa mediterránea, protegiendo a sus inquilinos de las vistas de las viviendas colindantes. El pavimento cerámico conecta los espacios interiores y exteriores haciendo de la vivienda, terraza y piscina un todo.

The terracing of the land allows the house to rise above it towards the views of the Mediterranean coast, protecting its tenants from the views of the neighboring houses. The ceramic flooring connects the interior and exterior spaces making the house, terrace and pool a whole.

El espacio de salón comedor cocina se destaca del resto de la vivienda como un elemento de más altura permeable al exterior. La piscina recoge el espacio exterior hasta el final de la terraza.

The kitchen-living-dining room space stands out from the rest of the house as a taller element that is permeable to the outside. The pool collects the outdoor space to the end of the terrace.
