Vivienda unifamiliar adosada de estilo contemporáneo de grandes aberturas hacia el exterior. Desarrollada en dos plantas y sótano la vivienda contiene un núcleo de comunicación vertical que permite la entrada de luz a los espacios de circulación.

Semi-detached house in a contemporary style with large openings to the outside. Developed on two floors and a basement, the house contains a vertical communication core that allows light to enter the circulation spaces.

Los materiales modernos de la construcción combinan el pavimento cerámico que cierra la planta baja y las terrazas, con el aluminio de las mallorquinas y los blancos interiores y exteriores con madera y vidrio de alta calidad. Los colores claros y neutros dan luz a la vivienda acompañados de la madera que le aporta la calidez de una vivienda acogedora.

The modern construction materials combine the ceramic pavement that closes the ground floor and the terraces, with the aluminum of the Majorcan shutters and the interior and exterior whites with high quality wood and glass. Light and neutral colors give light to the house accompanied by wood that gives it the warmth of a cozy home.

Los frentes de la vivienda se perforan con carpinterías de suelo a techo con un peculiar diseño favoreciendo las vistas pero limitando el sol gracias a las mallorquinas y los estores motorizados de la vivienda que permiten el control solar de la obra. Los espacios interiores y exteriores dialogan con los materiales permitiendo una continuidad entre los mismos.

The fronts of the house are perforated with floor-to-ceiling carpentry with a peculiar design favoring the views but limiting the sun thanks to the shutters and the motorized blinds of the house that allow solar control of the work. The interior and exterior spaces dialogue with the materials allowing a continuity between them.
