Vivienda unifamiliar en Jávea | 2023

Vivienda unifamiliar aislada en Jávea de estilo mediterráneo cerca de la costa. En este proyecto los espacios de la vivienda se abren y ocultan a los exteriores de la parcela para permitir la intimidad de los residentes en las zonas de noche a la par que se abre al jardín.

Detached single-family house in Jávea in Mediterranean style near the coast. In this project, the spaces of the house open and hide the exterior of the plot to allow the privacy of the residents in the night areas at the same time that it opens to the garden.

La vivienda se organiza en planta baja, planta primera y sótano, comunicados ellos por un núcleo vertical que permite las vistas del entorno así como la iluminación de los espacios interiores manteniendo la privacidad. Otro ejemplo de núcleo vertical similar se ve en la vivienda IM36 también en Jávea.

The house is organized on the ground floor, first floor and basement, connected by a vertical core that allows views of the surroundings as well as the lighting of the interior spaces while maintaining privacy. Another example of a similar vertical core can be seen in the IM36 house, also in Jávea
