Vivienda unifamiliar en Jávea aislada donde el estilo mediterráneo predomina. Distribuido todo el proyecto en planta baja y exteriores, la vivienda consta de espacios de día y de noche separados, aunando distribución y estructura.
Detached single-family home in Javea where the Mediterranean style predominates. Distributed throughout the project on the ground floor and exteriors, the house consists of separate day and night spaces combining distribution and structure.
Al exterior de la vivienda se encuentran los espacios exteriores enmarcados gracias a las pérgolas de madera a sur y norte. Estos espacios exteriores giran entorno al uso recreativo, mediante una agradable piscina y barbacoa exteriores. El pavimento cerámico se extiende desde la vivienda teniendo la terraza y piscina al mismo nivel.
Outside the house are the exterior spaces framed thanks to the wooden pergolas to the south and north. These outdoor spaces revolve around recreational use, through a pleasant outdoor pool and barbecue. The ceramic pavement extends from the house with the terrace and pool at the same level.
